You can drive approximately 4 minutes to Boulder Chairlift, drive approximately 5 minutes to Stagecoach Lift, or walk about 10 minutes to Stagecoach. From the dining room table, you can even watch the lifts while you eat, work, or enjoy your morning coffee.
Within less than 5 minutes, you’ll also find a grocery store, two restaurants, bars, and mini golf at the Holiday Inn. Everything you need is conveniently located up here, so you can spend less time driving and more time enjoying Tahoe.

*July and August are at High Season Rates due to mini Lobster season and the main Lobster season kick off.
We prefer Venmo, Zelle, cashier's check (or personal check) to be sent to us prior to your stay so we can confirm receipt of payment. There is a $300 cleaning fee that will be included in the total cost, a refundable damage deposit of $1,000 (or equal to one month’s rent if a longer term rental), and a 12.5% tax of the total (which is the 5% Monroe Tourist Development Tax, 1.5% Monroe Surcharge Tax, and 6% FL State Sales Tax).
If you prefer to use a credit card, we can accept payments via Stripe with a 3% fee to cover the costs incurred from the payment vendor.
We want to ensure that every guest has the best time at our house and in Tahoe. We have set forth guidelines and rules to be followed to ensure that you and future generations visiting this beautiful home will have a safe and relaxing stay. Please read the Vacation Rental Agreement (PDF) for more information. The below agreement is our standard version and can / will be adjusted accordingly per certain stays / length of visit.
